We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law.

  • Legal entity: Performatics Kft.
  • Registered address: Ipoly utca 3. 5. em. 1., Budapest, Hungary
  • Company registration number: 01-09-354121
  • EU VAT number: HU24894988

For the purposes of the GDPR, Performatics Kft. is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Information you provide to us — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, job title, and any details you submit through contact forms, booking calendars, email correspondence, or during onboarding as a client.
  • Billing and transaction information — such as billing name, business address, VAT number, and payment records. Card and payment details are processed directly by our payment provider (see Section 5); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Information collected automatically — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
  • Information from third-party sources — in the course of providing lead generation services, we process business contact information (such as names, business email addresses, job titles, and company details) sourced from publicly available databases and data providers.

3. How we use your information and legal bases

We use personal data for the following purposes, relying on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • To provide and administer our services (performance of a contract) — including delivering lead generation and appointment-setting services, managing client accounts, and communicating with you.
  • To process payments and issue invoices (performance of a contract and legal obligation) — including billing and accounting.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our Website (legitimate interests).
  • To send business communications and respond to enquiries (legitimate interests, or consent where required).
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To conduct outbound marketing on behalf of clients or ourselves (legitimate interests, subject to applicable e-privacy and marketing rules).

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with:

  • Service providers and processors who help us operate our business — including hosting, email infrastructure, data enrichment, automation, and analytics providers — under appropriate data processing agreements.
  • Payment providers who process payments on our behalf (see Section 5).
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, and legal advisers.
  • Authorities and regulators where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • Clients, in the context of delivering lead generation services, where we pass qualified prospect information to the client who engaged us.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you make a payment, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com. We receive confirmation and transaction records but do not store full card details on our systems.

6. International data transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (for example, to service providers located in other countries), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the applicable legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Cookies

Our Website may use cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, analyse traffic, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your data;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at gabor@brunscale.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), at naih.hu.

10. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our Website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
